This is my serenity chant, if you will. A reminder that no matter how much I want to plant my eyeballs into a waffle iron, I love my kids.

But… 
We have reached an Interesting Age Combo - IAC for short. I’m positive there are many IACs. For me and my sister, it was every single year until now. Until now, I’ve always had times it where one was having a “bad spell” and the other was Angelic Child Of The Moment. It’s like a built-in “give one child more attention” thing. God’s a smart one.
